Return Policy

At EMIRATI HUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Customized or personalized products
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

The item is returned damaged due to customer handling.
Parts of the original packaging or accessories are missing.
The item is returned outside the eligible return period but accepted at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing emiratihub49@gmail.com or calling +97150 603 8720. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EMIRATI HUB is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
